All of the candles have been patiently and creatively made by hand and are subject to slight imperfections. Thank you for understanding that handmade products are never ‘perfect’ in the way factory products are.

There are a limited amount of ‘Kandle Music’ candles and are subject to availability.

Please allow 7-14 business days for product shipping as some products are custom-made and fulfilled on-demand. Please note that we take extra care when packaging and handling fragile items. However, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping or delivery. We recommend that you inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages or discrepancies to the delivery carrier immediately.

All items or services purchased in support of independent artist ‘K Cooks Music’ are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

The only exceptions to the No Refund Policy include:

• Defective Items: In the case of items that are received defective, please report this within 3 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of K Cooks Music Co.

• Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify us.
